✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide a starter pack of laundry detergent, trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap and sponge, paper towels, salt, pepper, assorted spices, toilet paper and aluminum foil.

 

✹ PARKING: Free parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway. A free EV charger is available at the Windsor Hills clubhouse parking lot, a short walk from the home.

 

✹ WORK FROM HOME: Free high-speed wifi throughout the home, plus a dedicated workspace upstairs.

 

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We provide a Pack 'n Play/travel crib, high chair, pool safety fence, pool alarm on the patio door and more. A kids' playground sits directly across the street.

 

✹ NO PETS: We have a no-pet policy due to allergies. Thank you for understanding.

If you need anything at all, call or text us. We're here to help! Our phone lines are open 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and we reply to messages quickly throughout your stay. We'll check in after you arrive to make sure everything is perfect, then give you space to enjoy your quest.

 

✹ Easy self-check-in via the keypad on the front door. A personalized code will be sent to you before check-in.

 

✹ Rental Agreement & ID Verification: All guests must sign a rental agreement and complete ID verification within 48 hours of booking. Reservations are not finalized until both steps are complete. Failure to provide the required documents may result in cancellation of the stay.

 

✹ Security Cameras: For added security, the property has three exterior cameras: one at the front of the house near the garage and two on the side of the home. There is also a Ring doorbell at the front door, which may or may not be active. There are no cameras inside the property.

 

✹ No Parties and Events

 

✹ Safety & Use at Your Own Risk: The pool, spa, BBQ grill, arcade and racing games, bunk beds and resort amenities are used at guests' own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty; children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The grill gets extremely hot during and after use; it is for adult use only and should never be left unattended. Please keep children away from the grill and summer kitchen area, including the sink. We are not liable for injuries or accidents resulting from misuse of the property or its amenities.

 

✹ Optional Pool & Spa Heating: Available for $30 per night. The pool is heated to 82–89°F, and the spa runs slightly warmer. Heating is activated manually and stays on for your entire stay once selected. Please let us know at least 48 hours before check-in so the system is ready when you arrive.

 

✹ Seasonal Waterpark Maintenance: The Windsor Hills waterpark usually closes for annual maintenance from mid-January to mid-February. The main resort pool stays open during this time.

 

✹ Windsor Hills Amenities: All guests must visit the Welcome Center for a wristband to use the community amenities.

 

✹ Parking: The community allows a maximum of 3 cars for our home.

 

✹ Check-In/Arrival: Windsor Hills is a gated community. Please send us the names of all guests at least 48 hours before check-in for smooth entry at the gate. Standard check-in is 4:00 PM; at peak times the gate line can be longer.

 

✹ Pool Maintenance: The pool, spa and equipment are serviced regularly by a professional pool company. If an issue comes up during your stay, we'll contact them right away. The heater may occasionally pause to maintain proper filtration.

 

✹ Pest Control: The home is treated regularly by a professional pest control service. In Central Florida's warm, humid climate, an occasional insect indoors is normal and not a sign of infestation.

"We enjoyed our stay here! The themed rooms and game room was a big hit. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool as the weather was too cold but it’s a really nice patio and pool area. They gave us plenty of supplies, which I appreciated. I am a self proclaimed bed snob and felt like most of the beds were really comfortable, which says a lot! The only notes I have for others would be that there is only one bedroom and one bathroom downstairs and its not a master. The bathroom has a tub shower, so for any older guests that need to be downstairs and have a walk-in shower, it’s worth noting. The distance to Disney is short, but the traffic is pretty bad so you’ll have about a 15-30 min drive depending on when you go. Just personal preferences, the carpet should be cleaned/replaced. Nothing was wrong with it, but it just naturally affects the overall cleanliness when the carpet is worn. Hosts were super responsive and kind. I’d stay here again and recommend to all!! It’s a beautiful, fun home!"

"We had a great stay as three families. The house is beautiful, well maintained, and located in a secure gated community. The kids’ playground right in front of the house was a nice bonus. The location is excellent—very close to Disney with minimal travel time and near all amenities. The heated swimming pool was enjoyable even in cooler weather. The rooms are nicely decorated, and the game room was a big hit with both kids and adults. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. Overall, it’s an ideal property for multiple families and we would happily stay here again."
